Scaritt's Point

At Scarritt’s Point, there is only a plaque and a meadow. Yet it’s a beautiful view of the downtown Kansas City skyline. The land was originally owned by Nathan Scarritt. At one time, his family occupied eleven homes in the area. He moved to this place to farm from Westport during the Civil War.
