pegasus.gif (145367 bytes)Hi! My name is Jessica and I’m a 6th grader in the Shawnee Mission School District. I normally go to Broken Arrow, but once a week I go to Nieman EL Center for gifted class. At "gifted" for the past few months a chosen few (actually anyone who wanted to put some effort into this project) have been working on making the Johnson County Museum of History go virtual. It’s been really fun, and I learned a lot. I’m not just saying that I learned tons because I have too: I actually did. I didn’t know much about the 50’s, except that Rock ‘n’ Roll music started then. And I didn’t even know ‘suburbia’ was a word before I started this project! But now I do, and after reading the whole enchilada of this site, you will know that too, and much more! jess2.gif (80036 bytes)

I did the "Den" of the All-Electric house. In case you were wondering about the background it’s an eggplate. It was fun to "surf" the web picking out backgrounds, and ‘eggplate’ was my fav. See if you can spot the egg.

About me, hmmmm. Well, I love to play soccer, mostly midfield. I play on a team with a really stupid name, the Rampage. I have a dog named Ally, she’s a sweet but protective little sheltie, a black and white Dutch bunny name Carlton Two Paws Hoppkins, and last but not least one goldfish – Sir Greff – and four bright neon tetras.
