Reflection Essays

You are to write a 2-page reflection essay (size 12 font-double spaced, not more than three photos, title and full name) on the Cemetery Scene Investigation project. A reflection essay is just that—an essay that allows you to reflect or look back at what you have experienced.  Think about the following questions and your own experiences as you write your essay.  You will not necessarily answer these specific questions, they are just a guideline. Remember, you can get specific names with correct spellings from the grant website.

  • What did the project mean to you?
  • What was your favorite part?
  • What did you learn?
  • How has this project changed the way you think?
  • What experience was most meaningful to you?
  • What did you learn about your community?
  • What is the most interesting thing ( or grave) you saw?
  • What technology did you use? Enjoy?
  • What adults did you meet? Talk to?
  • What skills do you have now that you didn’t have when you started?
  • Do you have any new thoughts about life, society or death?
