Broken Arrow fifth graders along with the EL 5th graders enjoyed a wonderful walking tour of Northeast Kansas City.  Art teacher, Paul Elo, led us on a scavenger hunt to learn about the architecture of early 1900s Kansas City. Mr. Elo designed the walking tour over 20 years ago and hundreds of Shawnee Mission fifth graders have "walked the walk".  Use  the links on the left to read about the houses we saw and see wonderful pictures taken by students, parents and teachers.
