I made this website because my Bar Mitzvah is this year, and I thought since the Bar Mitzvah is the start of my life as a true Jew, I should learn of my religious heritage. This web site covers two subjects, the Jewish history and the history of the Bar Mitzvah. The Jewish history page is a timeline that starts with the birth of Abram to the present. (Abram became Abraham when God chose him to be the first Jew.) The Bar Mitzvah page tells about the history and service of the Bar Mitzvah.
